Returns | Order cancelations | Exchanges:

Returns/exchanges on ready-to-ship orders are accepted within 14 days of purchase. You must contact us before returning the order to make sure the order is in fact eligible for return. All yarn must be in the original hank and the yarn label must be intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a mistake was made on our end  

If there is a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our very best to resolve the issue. 

Order cancelations must be made within 24 hours from the day your order was placed. 

Shipping:​

  • READY TO SHIP orders typically ship in 1-3 business days.

  • Orders will not ship on Holidays or weekends.

Rebel Yarn Co is under no circumstances responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event your package is lost during transit please contact your local post or follow the tracking information that was provided when you received your shipping notification. We cannot obtain any more information on a lost package than the addressee can. Any claims are the responsibility of the buyer and can be made through usps.com. It is highly recommended to have your order shipped via priority mail because insurance will automatically be provided. 

In the event that the name and address you provide are not correct and the package gets returned to us you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package back to you. So please make sure your name and address are typed in correctly.

International Shipping:

All packages shipped from us are marked as merchandise and will have the full value listed on the customs form. Any customs charges accrued will be the customer's responsibility. Shipping will not be refunded if the customer refuses to accept the package.
